My mom and I are still basking in the glow of the holiday season! We hope you all had happy holidays! Speaking of which, I can't wait to tell you about one of my mom's gifts...a Dog Biscuit Treat Maker Kit! Yep! My dad got her this kit from Bed Bath & Beyond. And, she LOVED making her first batch of chicken treats with it! And, I LOVED eating those treats!
Everything you need to make these pawsome treats comes in this colorful bin!
Here's a photo of some of the treats BEFORE I ate them! My mom couldn't get any photos of me eating the treats, because I inhaled them with lightning speed! My mom and I give this kit and the treats that can be made with it FIVE PAWS!!!!!

5 paws? That is impressive! Of course you deserved them!

OMD OMD.... Stewey... this is a FURST fur US... WE guessed RIGHT... on the FURST CLUE.
ReplyDeleteTHAT is super. Mom makes treats fur US... maybe you could put up the Recipe that YOUR mom used fur YOURS.
She obviously did a super job with them.
BRAVO
Yay for you, Frankie Furter and Ernie!!
DeleteThe recipe is very simple. Here's what you need: 2 Cups of Wheat Germ, 3 (2.5 ounce) Jars of Strained Chicken Baby Food, and 1 Tablespoon of Water. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl, adding more water, if needed. Knead the dough into a ball, and roll out to 1/4-inch thickness. Use the cutters in the kit to cut the dough into the shapes you want. Put them onto the pre-heated treat maker. Close the lid, and cook for 3-7 minutes. Allow them to cool and then get ready for some yummy eating :)

Stewey - My Mommy YELPED when she saw that your Mommy got the treat maker. Is it the electronic one? She wants to know if it is easier than turning on the oven.
ReplyDeleteLove Noodles
It is electric, Noodles. It's not easier than turning on the oven, but it is way more fun than using the oven :)
