Thank you so much for thinking of me, Urban Hounds!
Here are the rules for this award:
1.) Visit and thank the blogger who nominated you.
2.) Acknowledge the nominating blogger on your blog and link back to that blogger.
3.) Answer 5 questions (see below).
4.) Nominate up to 20 blogs for the award and notify each of them.
5.) Display the award on your blog.
Here are the questions:
1.) If you could change one thing, what would you change?
Hmm...this is a hard one, because I'm very happy with my life and my loving family!
So, I guess I would get rid of some of my irrational fears. I'll elaborate on this in my answer to question number 3.
2.) If you could repeat an age, what would it be?
This one is easy! I would go back to 9 weeks old, because that was how old I was when I became part of my forever family!
3.) What is one thing that really scares you?
As I mentioned before, I do have some silly irrational fears! What really scares me the most......is......(now don't laugh)......the kitchen blender!!! I don't know what my problem is, but I go NUTS when anyone in my family uses that darn machine! I bark and jump and generally act like a complete maniac as soon as I hear that noisy beast start to whir! Do any of you share this problem with me?
Or do I need to go to a Blender Anxiety Support Group?!?
4.) What is one dream you have not completed, and do you think you'll be able to complete it?
A dream I have is that one day humans will attain the emotional maturity of dogs! While humans are more intelligent than dogs, dogs are better than humans in the areas of: unconditional love, loyalty, compassion, forgiveness and more. This violent human society has got to stop! People need to emulate the dogs!
5.) If you could be someone else for one day, who would it be?
I would love to be Sugar, the Golden Retriever for one day! Sugar lives in Hawaii, and recently she showed us some of the beautiful beaches of Maui! Since I have a wave shirt and a bright orange surfboard (as seen here), I am more than ready to try out a wave and run on a gorgeous beach in Maui!
So, thank you again, Urban Hounds! Their award blog post can be seen here.
Now, as for the misdemeanor part of my title, I'm notorious for breaking blogging award rules.
And rule number 4 is the one I'm going to break, because there are too many wonderful blogs out there! So, I'm passing out this award to everyone!
Happy Monday!

Congrats on the award!

Hi Stewey. Congratulations on your award! I am not partial to the vacuum cleaner thingy that mom pulls out from the closet. When she starts that thing up, I get as far away as possible! So, I'm with you on noisy human thingamabops!
ReplyDeleteOz
Thanks, Oz!
DeleteI used to have a problem with the vacuum cleaner too, but I got over that fear :)
Stewey
Blenders, Hey, yep we can see the issue, them noisey things are bad!

Congrats on your award, Stewey. How we would love to go to Hawaii too. Phantom used to be absolutely terrified of the old dishwasher until Mom got a new quiet Bosch one. We think your fear is pretty reasonable, bet that noise bothers your ears.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
Thanks, OP Pack! Hmm - I wonder if Bosch makes a quiet blender?!?
DeleteStewey

Sure enjoyed learning more about you. We do have an irrational fear to share, kind of. I am totally afraid of the carbonation machine that my peeps bought called a Sodastream. I go shooting out the cat door whenever they get ready to use it! I'm OK with the blender though.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that I'm not the only one that has fears of certain kitchen machines :)
DeleteStewey
Howdy Stewey, congratulations on the award. Loved your answers but we don't have to worry about the blender at our house cause mum can't cook ahahahahaha (shhhhh, don't tell mum we said that!). Take care little mate. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
